Rejected payments

If we cannot verify your payment, it is rejected and you can contact support with proof for a re-check or refund.

Service issues

If a rig failed on our side and you could not play, contact support within 24 hours and we will add the lost time back to your account.

Used time

Play time that has already started counting is not refundable.
